A contract serviceman was beaten up in a military unit of Scorpion special forces. The Director of the National Center for Torture Prevention, Nurdin Sulaimanov, informed 24.kg news agency.
According to him, materials of the case were sent to the Military Prosecutor’s Office.
«The man himself addressed me with a statement. It turned out that he was beaten and extorted alcohol and cigarettes by his fellow servicemen. When we visited the military unit, the commander of the unit was aware of what had happened. He sent the materials of the official investigation to the Military Prosecutor’s Office,» Nurdin Sulaimanov told.
