The Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan proposed to set increments for doctors for the courteous attitude to patients. Altynai Omurbekova offered it today at a meeting of the Parliament.
According to her, there are many complaints from patients about the rudeness of doctors. Therefore, there is an idea to introduce an increment of 15 percent of earnings for politeness. Vice Prime Minister believes that this will stimulate doctors.
“If there are no complaints, then we can pay 15 percent extra, if there are, then there will be no increment. These are only suggestions. We need to look at the budget, whether we can allocate such funds. But I think this will be a good incentive for doctors to be politer with patients,” Altynai Omurbekova stressed.
