President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov told today at a press conference what associated him with Aleksey Vasilivetsky, a PR technologist from Russia who had worked for SDPK since 2010.
The president was asked how he assessed himself as the head of state. The issue of the slush fund of SDPK during the presidential election was also touched upon.
According to Sooronbai Jeenbekov, 2018 was not bad.
«I had a program, and we worked on its implementation. I said that we should have good neighborly relations with neighboring countries. I had visits, we solved many issues. The economy is growing; the regions are developing. We will continue this direction,» the head of the Kyrgyz Republic noted.
The president told that when he worked as a governor of Osh region, he had to be interviewed, and he met with Aleksey Vasilivetsky.
«I did not know that he was a citizen of another country. He was an adviser to Farid Niyazov. They talked about him as a good specialist. My advisors refused to work with him. I worked with farmers since youth. If he received $ 170,000, let him come and answer, write an explanatory letter. Farid Niyazov should also explain as the head of the election headquarters,» said Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
He added that provocations were being prepared against him. The slush fund of the SDPK campaign headquarters is under investigation.
