Ex-Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliev did not submit the tax declaration. The Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Iskender Asylkulov told today at a press conference.
According to him, the official arrested for illegal enrichment submitted his declaration as an individual. The State Tax Service is not able to check this information. According to law, Duishenbek Zilaliev had to report on income and expenses as a person holding a political office.
«Duishenbek Zilaliev is among 277 civil servants who have not submitted the declaration,» Iskender Asylkulov said.
Duishenbek Zilaliev was arrested within a criminal case on illegal enrichment. He is suspected of illegal issue of mining licenses when he headed the State Agency for Geology and Subsoil Use. The court granted the investigation’s request for the arrest of the former official.
