Officials of the Uzgen Registration and Examination Point of the Department of Registration of Vehicles and Drivers, without checking the data and on the basis of forged documents, carried out initial registration of imported foreign cars. Prosecutor’s office of Osh region reported.
According to it, the state has not received money for customs registration of 17 cars imported into the republic in 2017. It suffered damage in especially large amount of 10,278 million soms.
Prosecutor’s Office of Osh region opened a criminal case under articles 210 (evasion of customs duties), 304 (abuse of official position) and 315 (forgery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
