Companies in Kyrgyzstan offered to be registered via the Internet

The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan plans to launch a pilot project on the registration of legal entities in electronic format. The draft government resolution was submitted for public discussion.

The pilot project is proposed to be implemented from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020 in Bishkek and Chui region.

The registration procedure requires from an applicant to have an identification card issued in 2017 (biometric passport). The Ministry of Justice believes that only this document has a qualified electronic signature, which allows an applicant to authenticate in the information system of the Ministry of Justice by means of a reader (smart card).

«Electronic registration of legal entities automates the application process, allows to work with them, store, use, monitor and provide complete information about applications sent and legal entities online. This will improve the position of Kyrgyzstan in Doing Business ranking,» background statement for the project says.

«The introduction of the system will help to further optimize and simplify the process of state registration of legal entities for citizens and improve the investment climate in Kyrgyzstan,» the Justice Ministry believes.
