Nurlan Akmatov was appointed a Chairman of the Board of Manas International Airport Company. The State Property Management Fund reported.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Manas International Airport was held today. According to its results, Nurlan Akmatov was elected the Chairman of the Board of the company.
From 2011 and prior to his appointment to the post, Nurlan Akmatov worked as Deputy General Director for Business Development at Gazprom Neft Asia Company.
On December 3, 2018, the Chairman of the Board of Manas International Airport, Emir Chukuev, resigned. His resignation was accepted by the members of the Board of Directors.
The main shareholder of the company is the State Property Management Fund. It owns 79.1 percent of the company’s shares. Other 8.5 percent of the shares belong to the Social Fund, and the remaining 12.4 percent — to individuals and legal entities.
