Bishkek City Council has a new deputy — Sergey Shin from SDPK faction.
He was presented with a badge today at a regular session of the council.
The deputy seat became vacant after Evgeniya Berdnikova filed an application for early termination of her powers. Sergey Shin had previously been a deputy of the capital’s council.
