Regional prosecutor Anarbai Mamazhakypov was killed in Batken. The Ministry of Interior confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
It informed that the body of the prosecutor was found on the night of November 18 with signs of violent death.
«A criminal case has been initiated under the article murder of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. There is a suspect, he was detained,» the Interior Ministry reported.
