Kyrgyzstan receives just over $1 bln from donor countries on development of agricultural sector since 1992

Since 1992, Kyrgyzstan has received $1.78 billion from donor countries for the development of the agricultural sector of the country, Vice Prime Minister Oleg Pankratov said today at a meeting of SDPK faction. 

According to him, one of the largest in this area is a project on improvement of water management. It covered seven regions of the country. The total area of its coverage was more than 70,000 ha.
