IAC expert: All cargo on Boeing 747 was intended for recipient in Istanbul

"I can unequivocally say: the whole cargo on Boeing 747, that crashed nearby Manas airport on January 16, was intended for a recipient in Istanbul," Chairman of the Commission of the Interstate Aviation Committee Leonid Kashirskiy told today at a press conference.

 "We found all the documents relating to the cargo. I can not voice the names of Turkish companies. And we are not interested in it," he said.

Cargo plane crashed nearby Manas airport on January 16. It fell on dacha community, killing 39 people, including four crew members. Houses have been destroyed.

Later, a member of Parliament Omurbek Tekebayev said that the cargo was intended for Bishkek, and it could be smuggled.
