"The International Union is trying to popularize the sport in new regions of the world. We will try to further develop the pentathlon in the Kyrgyz Republic and to bring to it more and more people," Klaus Schormann said.
Recall, continental championship is being held in Cholpon-Ata. More than 100 athletes from 13 countries participate in it. Tournaments of this level on Olympic sports in our country haven't been carried out in recent years. The main reason - the lack of infrastructure. The current Championship is held, in particular, on the racetrack and in the sports complex, where the 2nd World Nomad Games took place.
