Mira Karybaeva appointed Advisor to President of Kyrgyzstan 

Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree appointing Mira Karybaeva his adviser, releasing her from the previous post. Information Policy Department of the presidential administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Mira Karybaeva was born in the city of Bishkek. In 1989, she graduated from the historical faculty of the Kyrgyz State University with a degree in history, PhD. 

She took the post of the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration since September 2016.

She is the State Advisor of Public Administration of the 3^rd class, author of 14 scientific publications.
