Government publishes results of Cabinet work under leadership of Temir Sariev

The department of information support of the government has published the main results of work of the Cabinet under the leadership of its leader Temir Sariev.

According to it, in 2015, the size of the guaranteed minimum income increased from 705 to 810 soms (15 percent), there were approved procedures for identifying children and families in difficult life situations,that contributed to providing early support to them.

The standards of drugs providing for beneficiaries in social services were raised almost 2-fold (from 6.5 som per day to 12.5 soms).

" There was created  the Statel Mortgage Company in the framework of the government program Affordable Housing 2015-2020. Since September 1, 2015 there were increased pensions for persons, the total insurance period of whom is 40 or more years (men), 35 years or more (women) and people with disabilities of 1st degree by 500 soms, other pensioners - by 250 soms," the government summed up the results.

As a result of recalculation, the average pension amounted to 4,817 soms, growth is 105.6 percent (compared with the beginning of 2015). Also from July 1, 2015 there was increased the minimum amount of pension on disability of military among the soldiers and sailors conscripts, there were fixed monthly compensation payments to pension to participants of liquidation of the Chernobyl accident. The national budget allocated 7.6 million soms for this purpose.

According to preliminary results, in 2015 with respect to the plan of 23.4 billion soms, there were collected insurance premiums of 24.1 billion soms, the plan was fulfilled by 103 percent. In comparison with 2014, there was collected 2 billion soms more.

"There were no arrears in payment of pensions in 2015. In order to comply with the pension rights of insured persons - employees of businesses, affected by the events of June 2010, the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic compensated amount of the conditional payment of insurance premiums in the amount of 174.4 million soms," the report says.

In addition, the level of extreme poverty in the country was reduced by 1.6 percent.
