Main Department of Internal Affairs voices main reasons of juvenile delinquency growth

Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek Samat Kurmankulov at the meeting of the heads of  juvenile inspections voiced the reasons for the growth in juvenile delinquency, the press service of the department reported.

According to it, people consider the juvenile delinquency as a manifestation of developmental immaturity and mischief.

"In this regard, many crimes are not reported to the police, leading to its growth. The teenagers are negatively affected by poor relations in the family and the immediate environment, inciting on the part of elder students, the long absence of specific studies, the shortcomings of educational work in schools," Samat Kurmankulov said.

The head of the police department instructed to strengthen the prevention of juvenile delinquency and assist minors who find themselves in difficult life situation.
