Truck with 27 tons of petroleum products without documents detained at Kyrgyz-Kazakh border

A truck with 27 tons of petroleum products without documents detained at the checkpoint "Kun-Bulun-avtodorojnyi" at the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes reported.

According to it, it was detained after crossing the state border. During inspection of the body a homemade tank with fuel was found under the awning.

Military Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic opened a criminal case on this fact under article 304 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code with regard to the military check point Kun-Bulun- avtodorojnyi, the military unit 2026 State Border Service of the KR and the driver of the truck. The investigation is underway.
