Bishkek included in the top ten popular travel CIS destinations among Russians. The service search RoomGuru.ru hotels found out the most popular cities.

Rating was made on reservation data for residence from January 1 to December 31, 2016.

The capital of Kyrgyzstan is ranked ninth among the cities of the CIS and other former Soviet republics. Top 10 cities popular among Russian tourists in 2016 are Minsk, Tbilisi, Batumi, Baku, Yerevan, Astana, Almaty, Tashkent, Bishkek and Chisinau. 

In 2016 Russian tourists spent an average of $53 to stay at the hotel in Bishkek, where we resided on average one and a half nights.

According to "TurStat" agency, in 2016 the number of tourist trips of Russians in the CIS countries grew by 15 percent. The top five most popular among Russian tourist cities for the year includes Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan and Anapa.
