Elections of Chui rural district scheduled for February 19

Elections of Chui rural district head is scheduled for February 19, 2016. The decision was made today at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.

Members of the commission also considered issues on provisions and membership of the territorial election commissions of the Kyrgyz Republic, the approval of schemes and constituency of boundaries on the election of deputies of local councils of Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Chui, Issyk-Kul and Batken regions and the city of Osh, scheduled for March 27, 2016.

In addition, the meeting approved the proceeding of the voting results and results of elections of the heads of some executive bodies of local self-government, held on January 29, 2016.
