Construction of Balykchy – Korumdu road suspended  

Construction of Balykchy - Korumdu road was suspended in Kyrgyzstan. Long Hai Company employees informed 24.kg news agency.

Today, about hundred workers of the company organized a rally. The main requirement is to pay salaries for three months.

Parliamentary commission headed by deputy from Kyrgyzstan faction Kanatbek Isaev went to Issyk-Kul region. However, MPs abandoned the trip halfway and went back to Bishkek. 

"We are general contractors. But the workers' wages, which are involved in the construction of the road, have to be paid from the budget. They work every day, and there is no payment. We explain them the situation, they agree to wait, but patience is not rubber. We asked the Ministry of Finance, there is money to pay wages. It needs only the application from the Ministry of Transport, but it is not. Yes, we have disagreements. But people should not suffer from it. All questions could be solved after the workers get their salary," the company's employees told.
