At least 703 families get state mortgage loan in Kyrgyzstan

At least 703 families got preferential mortgage loans under Affordable Housing program in Kyrgyzstan in 2016. First Deputy Prime Minister Mukhammetkaliy Abulgaziev said today at a government session.

According to him, the volume of lending amounted to 822 million soms. At the same time, the state mortgage loan rates decreased from 12 to 10 percent. At present, more than 4,000 people are in the list of program participants.

"Lists are available in all banks that issue mortgages. Interest in Affordable Housing government program increases," Mukhammetkaliy Abulgaziev noted.
