Tekebayev’s case. Supreme Court to decide on measure of restraint on March 29

The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan will consider an appeal on the measure of restraint to the leader of Ata Meken Omurbek Tekebayev on March 29. His lawyer Kanatbek Aziz informed 24.kg news agency.

Note, Bishkek City Court, upholding the decision of Pervomayskiy District Court, left the politician in custody until April 25. Ata Meken members do not rule out that the supporters of the deputy will gather near the building of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 29.

Omurbek Tekebayev was taken into custody until April 25. He is accused of corruption and fraud.
