Tender for Kara-Keche. Four companies from seven submit proposals

The selection of consulting companies that will help Kyrgyzstan to sell Kara-Keche coal deposit has begun.

Applications for consulting services were received from Beyond Investment Group LLC, Deloitte & Touche, Mark Audit Bishkek, Industriel Electric Maden, Standard Development Consult, KPMG Tax and Advisory, Ernst & Young.

Today, the technical part of the proposals is revealed. After studying the documents, the tender commission will start consideration of the financial part. Then the winner will be determined.

Specific proposals came only from four consultants. The company Ernst & Young estimated the services at 72,673 million soms. The information is available on the public procurement portal.

The rest of the companies Beyond Investment Group, Industriel Electric Maden, KPMG Tax and Advisory submitted applications in paper format.

The government of Kyrgyzstan decided to attract a consulting company to prepare and conduct the competition. The State Committee is ready to pay 76,357,930 soms.

The fields were already tried to be sold, but no one applied for the competition. The project is estimated at $ 2.5 billion.
