At least 22 additional decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) will enter into force on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union along with the Customs Code. Minister of Customs Cooperation Mukay Kadyrkulov said this at a meeting of EEC Council.
It is noted that the draft decisions of the commission regulate the conditions for conducting foreign economic activities by authorized economic operators, the procedure for confirming by the customs authorities the actual export of goods from the customs territory of the union, the application of the customs transit procedure, the rules for the movement of goods by individuals for personal use and other issues.
«Most of the prepared documents have already been sent for approval to the authorized bodies of EEU states. The procedure for assessing the regulatory impact has been initiated. These documents will ensure the full application of the advanced provisions of the Customs Code of EEU. Therefore, it is fundamentally important that they to work simultaneously with the new code,» Mukay Kadyrkulov noted.
Recall, meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council with the participation of the Prime Ministers of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union will take place today in Bishkek. The agenda includes 14 issues.
