The President of Kyrgyzstan approved the budget of the Social Fund for 2017 and an amendment to the treasury of 2016. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
It is noted that the revenues of the Social Fund will amount to 45.9 billion soms. At the same time, insurance contributions in 2017 are to reach 26.7 billion soms. Revenues from dividends on shares, interest accrued on cash balances, fees and fines, income from the placement of temporarily idle funds and interest for granted deferrals (installments) of arrears on insurance premiums are projected at 17.7 billion soms.
The expenses of the Pension Fund are determined in the amount of 42.2 billion soms.
In 2017, it is planned to pay the arrears on insurance premiums for 2015 to the Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund in the amount of 150 million soms and the Workers’ Recovery Fund of 11.2 million soms. It is planned to send over 2 billion soms to finance the Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund in 2017.
As for the amendments to the budget of 2016, the revenues were increased by 813 million soms, and expenses — by 235 million.
