More than 2,000 new production facilities have been opened within the framework of Social Contract. The press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, the head of the ministry Gulnara Baatyrova selectively visited the families who signed a contract with the state and received 100,000 soms each to start their own businesses.
She noted that during the program 454 poor and low-income families living in the capital were able to start a business with the support of the state. Of these, 312, or more than 68 percent, opened garment workshops. In general, more than 2,000 different production facilities have been opened across the country. These include garment and carpentry workshops, production of biofertilizers, soap, concrete blocks, plastic windows and others.
