The meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states in an expanded format has ended in Bishkek.
The following documents were signed as a result of the meeting:
- Joint communiqué on the results of the 22nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states;
- Decision of the Council of Heads of Government on the report of the SCO Secretariat on the events and meetings held within the framework of the implementation of the program of multilateral trade and economic cooperation of the SCO member states;
- Decision of the Council of Heads of Government on the SCO financial report on budget execution for 2022;
- Council of Heads of Government decision on the budget of the SCO for 2024;
- Council of Heads of Government decision on the financial regulations of the SCO;
- Council of Heads of Government decision on the regulations on the salaries, guarantees and compensations of the officials of the standing bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- Council of Heads of Government decision on the report of the commission of external auditors of the SCO member states on the external audit of financial and economic activities of the SCO standing bodies;
- The decision of the Council of Heads of Government on the action plan for the implementation of the concept of interaction between railway administrations (railroads) of the SCO member states (Tashkent, November 2, 2019);
- Decision of the Council of Heads of Government on the staffing table of the secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- Decision on the staffing table of the executive committee of the regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- Council of Heads of Government decision on the concept of a digital meeting of buyers and sellers from the SCO region;
- Protocol on amendments to the agreement on the procedure for the formation and execution of the budget of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization dated December 1, 2017;
- Initiative to study the prospects for cooperation between ministries and departments of the SCO member states responsible for foreign economic and foreign trade activities in the field of digital trade (adopted without signing);
- Action plan for the SCO Year of Ecology in 2024.
