The Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan submitted a number of amendments to the Tax Code for public discussion.
They say that banks should be obliged to disclose information about all accounts of clients who have a tax debt.
As of today, tax debts can be withdrawn from a bank account based on an issued tax payment claim.
But it is proposed to oblige banks to provide data on the presence or absence of taxpayer accounts, including newly opened ones.
