Human rights activist Kamil Ruziev told that girls with disabilities were raped in Chon-Tash village, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region. He wrote about it on Twitter.
According to him, the officers of the district police department detained the suspect. It turned out to be the uncle of the minors, who lived next door.
«Three girls, two of whom were minors with disabilities, were raped in Chon-Tash village, Tyup district. The suspect has been detained and is being held in pretrial detention center 3 in Karakol city,» Kamil Ruziev wrote.
The Department of Internal Affairs of Issyk-Kul region noted that an investigation is underway. All necessary examinations have been scheduled. Kamil Ruziev himself appealed to the leadership of the region and the Ombudsman with a request to take this case under control.
