According to the media outlet, the parties discussed the results of the state visit of the Uzbek leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Bishkek on January 26-27 «with an emphasis on joint measures for the comprehensive implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level.»
Participants of the meeting discussed the schedule, organizational and substantive issues of the planned contacts between the parliaments, governments and regions of the two states. Attention was also paid to the development of cooperation in the field of culture and education. In particular, the issues of holding events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, as well as organizing the Days of Kyrgyz Culture in Tashkent were considered.
