The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan has submitted a draft resolution for public discussion, which introduces changes to the list of states, indicating the terms of exemption of foreigners and stateless persons arriving in Kyrgyzstan from registration.
It is clarified that people arriving from Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan may not be registered for 30 days. Previously, this period was 10 days.
Ethnic Kyrgyz are registered at the request of the local government bodies. If there is no permanent address of residence, they are registered at the legal address on the basis of an identity document.
It is now necessary to register on the portal in the section «electronic registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons».
