A guide to register a business in the republic has been developed in Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce reported.
The document that gives detailed step-by-step instructions for registering a business in the country has been developed for the first time. It will be useful to businessmen, including foreign citizens who have arrived in Kyrgyzstan and are going to engage in entrepreneurial activities.
Foreigners arriving in Kyrgyzstan often face problems. Much of this is due to the lack of detailed information from government agencies. The new document will fix the problem.
«We are striving to streamline all business registration procedures in Kyrgyzstan. First of all, it is necessary to provide accurate and detailed information about the registration procedures and the bodies that deal with it,» the Minister of Economy and Commerce Daniyar Amangeldiev said.
The guide contains step-by-step instructions with detailed explanations on obtaining a PIN and subsequent registration of various types of legal entities, addresses of Public Service Centers and the Entrepreneur Service Center, information on the working hours of state bodies, necessary documents and registration deadlines, as well as other details of the procedure.
The document will become a comprehensive guide for relocants who are going to work in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, it will help people choosing the country for relocation to get detailed information directly from the government agency online before moving.
«Such work can mean not only new jobs for the Kyrgyz people, but also strengthening the position of the state as a place where you can do business,» said Musa Kataganov, head of the Business Environment Department of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
