Three new Supreme Court judges elected in Kyrgyzstan

The day before, MPs elected three nominated by the President Judges of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan. The decision was taken by a majority vote.

The Supreme Court includes:

  • Aibek Davletov has been the deputy regional director of one of the international organizations on judicial reform for several years. Until 2008, he had worked as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan. He has left the post at the end of the term. He is the Doctor of Law.
  • Sheraly Kamchybekov worked in Osh city court. He is known by the fact that he could not pass the qualifying competition in Aravan district and Bishkek city courts. He has two private definitions for violation of the law in making decisions. 
  • Keneshbek Toktomambetov worked as a senior assistant for special assignments of the General Prosecutor of the Kyrgyz Republic. He served in the Chui regional court, but after the beginning of the judicial reform, he could not pass the qualifying competition. He has two private definitions on his decisions.
