IAC experts report on results of Boeing 747 crash investigation 

The work at Boeing 747 crash site has been completed. The Chairman of the Commission of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) Leonid Kashirskiy told today at a press conference.

According to him, almost all the elements of the aircraft have been evacuated to a specially provided place and are being guarded. "We are inspecting these elements," he said.

"Flight data recorders (voice and parametric ones) were found in the first days after the accident. The latter was damaged but restored. Information has been read out, it is of good quality. There is a lot of information. We are studying it carefully. It's processing is not completely finished yet," Leonid Kashirskiy said.

"In addition, we read out information about the negotiations of the crew members and dispatchers. Respective statements have been made. Any technical problems on board were not reported. There was only one landing approach," he stressed. 

 

A cargo plane crashed nearby Manas airport on January 16. It fell on dacha community. It killed 39 people, including four crew members. Houses have been destroyed.
