Prime Minister reprimands State Property Management Fund’s Chairman Almazbek Kadyrkulov

The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan reprimanded the Chairman of the State Property Management Fund Almazbek Kadyrkulov. Information Support Department of the government's executive office reported.

According to it, Almazbek Kadyrkulov reported Sooronbay Jeenbekov on the execution of the orders of the Cabinet, relating to the activities of the State Property Management Fund. The Prime Minister considered the work of the fund as unsatisfactory. He noted the failure to execute a number of orders and has defined the issues requiring their immediate solution. Particular attention is paid to the inventory of the state property.

 "The cost of state assets has not been yet defined, the automated information system "Unified Register of State Property of the Kyrgyz Republic" has not been put into operation so far. The fund has to accelerate work in this direction and to finish it by November 1," Sooronbay Jeenbekov said.

He also criticized the work on state property lease. The Prime Minister instructed to increase revenues from this article, to speed up the introduction of an electronic information system to automate the process of providing the state property for rent. It is noted that the property disputes, the courts and the subsequent sale of the nationalized property were dragged on. The Prime Minister also did not like the work on the evaluation of assets of state enterprises. In particular, he noted the lack of analysis of the use of non-core assets of state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies, the lack of a clear program of effective management.

As a result, the Chairman of the State Property Management Fund Almazbek Kadyrkulov was reprimanded for the improper performance of his duties. The director of the Chemization and Plants Protection Department of the Ministry of Agriculture Janybek Derbishaliev was also received a reprimand.
