Kyrgyz citizens to have right to stay in Kazakhstan for 30 days without registration 

Kyrgyz citizens will have the right to stay in Kazakhstan without mandatory registration at the place of residence within 30 days, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the KR reported.

As noted, the signing of the protocol on amending the agreement on the order of stay of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of Kazakhstan took place today in Astana during the visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev.

Earlier, the period of stay of Kyrgyz citizens in Kazakhstan without registration was limited to five days. The document will come into force after internal procedures of the two countries.

In addition, the parties signed a two-year program of cooperation between the foreign ministries. It notes that the countries are guided by mutual commitment to the further development of all-round and mutually beneficial cooperation. The program provides bilateral consultations on political and consular issues, international issues, the inventory of the legal framework and cooperation within international organizations.
