Airlifted forces of Uzbekistan land on undemarcated part of Ungar-Too

Airlifted forces of Uzbekistan's Interior Ministry landed on the undemarcated part of Ungar-Too. State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to it, seven employees of the Interior Ministry of Uzbekistan have landed on the disputed territory. The Kyrgyz side has already initiated a meeting of representatives of the border services. The situation at the state border is controlled by the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. The service informed 24.kg news agency that the negotiations have not started yet, but the management of our border service intends to demand from the Uzbek colleagues to remove its policemen from the territory.

Note, two countries have already had a tension because of this area in March. Then, the border troops of Uzbekistan placed two armored personnel carriers and KamAZ in Mogol area, Ala-Buka district of Jalal-Abad region on the undemarcated part of ​​the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border. The Uzbek side unilaterally fully closed Madaniyat-Avtodorozhniy checkpoint.
