It is noted that, checkpoints were installed on the outskirts of the city of Khujand. The armed with rifles soldiers in flak jackets inspect the vehicles and check the documents of passengers. There are traffic jams on the roads. In addition, police patrols check the traffic in the city. According to unconfirmed information, exits from the country were closed (Khujand is located 25 kilometers from the border with Uzbekistan, and 65 kilometers from the border with Kyrgyzstan).
