Premieres of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan to discuss period of stay of Kyrgyz citizens in neighboring country

 The Prime Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will discuss in Bishkek the period of stay of Kyrgyz citizens in the neighboring country, the director of the First Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Moldogaziev said today at a press conference.

According to him, the meeting of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh Intergovernmental Council will be held on June 7-8. The Prime Ministers of the two countries - Sooronbay Jeenbekov (KR) and Karim Masimov (RK) will take part in it. They will discuss economic ties and investment, trade and economic cooperation, energy, cooperation in transport, communications, cross-border cooperation.

"The issue on the conditions of stay of our citizens in Kazakhstan will be raised. The parties will discuss the previously achieved at higher levels agreements, outline the contours of the new cooperation. The Prime Ministers will return to the issue on the implementation of measures under the Road map of Kyrgyzstan's accession to the EEU. In particular, the provision of financial and technical assistance by Kazakhstan to our country. It is planned to sign a number of bilateral agreements," Aibek Moldogaziev said.
