Crime rate reduces in Kyrgyzstan

Crime rate reduces in Kyrgyzstan. The Chief of the Main Staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Baktygul Abdyzhaliev announced today at a press conference.

According to him, since the beginning of the year there have been committed 1,300 crimes in public places. It is 14.4 percent less than for the same period of 2015. "Crime reduction is a result of proper preventive measures, increase in the outdoor service staff," Baktygul Abdyzhaliev explained.

He added that during the reporting period 12, 755 crimes have been registered in the republic. In 2015 it was 13, 708 violations. The number of murders, rapes, robberies has reduced.
