Pre-trial restrictions against G.A., accused of threat to use violence against the authorities, have been chosen. Public Relations and Media Department of the State Committee for National Security reported.
"Based on the collected evidence, A.G. (according to preliminary information, Alexander Gusev) on May 18 was accused of crime under the Article 341 part 2 (threat of violence against representatives of power) and Article 318 part 1 (obstruction of the investigation) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Pervomay district court of Bishkek chose against him pre-trial restriction in the form of detention for a period of two months," statement said.
Recall, a Kyrgyz citizen was detained on May 16, who threatened to use firearms and explosives and prevented court-sanctioned investigative actions.
Operational-search activities are being conducted on the case.
