Staff of medical college in Jalal-Abad illegally collects more than 350,000 soms from students

The staff of the 5^th Department of Internal Affairs of Jalal-Abad region revealed the fact of misappropriation of 351,720 soms, the press service of regional police department reported.

According to it, the responsible officers of Jalal-Abad Medical College collected money from the students allegedly on the needs of the Board of Trustees during 2015, making fake acts.

A criminal case under article 171 part 2, paragraph 2 (embezzlement of entrusted property) and 350 part 5 (forgery, manufacture, sale or use of forged documents, state awards, stamps, seals, forms) of the Criminal Code  wasopened. The investigation is ongoing.
