Adil Toyganbaev arrested in Dubai, question of his extradition to KR not resolved yet

According to the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Kyrgyzstan, Adil Toyganbaev, who is internationally wanted, was detained in Dubai (UAE), the press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

According to it, he has been wanted by law enforcement agencies since 2005 and is accused of committing a number of crimes included in the "red circular" of Interpol.

Recall, Adil Toyganbaev became wanted  by the MIA after March 24, 2005, when the former president Askar Akayev was deposed. He is charged under three articles: 166 (fraud by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), 169 (theft) and 213 (evasion from payment of taxes and obligatory insurance contributions by officers of business entities) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As the press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs reported to 24.kg news agency, the question of his extradition is being studied at the time.
