Alexander Lukashenko not arrived in St. Petersburg for CSTO and SEEC meeting

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has not arrived in St. Petersburg (Russia) to attend the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

As Russian media reported citing the spokesman for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, documents have already been fully agreed and will be sent to Minsk for signing. "De facto, it (the absence of Lukashenko) will not hinder discussion of substantive issues related to integration. All the documents, which are signed today, have previously been fully agreed with our Belarusian partners," journalists quoted Peskov as saying.
