Acting Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan will take part in the meeting of CIS Heads of Government, the Cabinet's executive office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
As noted, Sooronbay Jeenbekov is in Minsk, where yesterday he participated in a meeting of Heads of Government of the Eurasian Economic Union.
According to Interfax, which refers to the employee of the Russian government, the agenda of Friday's meeting includes 21 issues.
"Priority is given to the development of trade, economic and industrial cooperation, humanitarian ties, issues of improving food security and intellectual property protection," the source said.
Heads of Government's meeting is expected to review the implementation of the Agreement on Free Trade Zone dated October 18, 2011.
It is planned to sign a number of intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in various fields of activity of the Commonwealth, the Russian government said. Forecast of production and consumption of energy resources in the CIS until 2030, cooperation strategy in the construction and development of the information society for the period till 2025 and the Concept of formation and development of market of intellectual property in the CIS have been submitted for consideration.
"The council will consider the implementation of the Joint Action Plan on solving the topical issues of the CIS countries in financial and economic sphere, adopted by decision of the CIS heads of governments dated May 29, 2015," an employee of the Russian government said.
He added that in order to update the regulatory framework, it is planned to amend the previously adopted documents of the CIS. In particular, the agreement on the formation of the Advisory Council on Labor, Migration and Social Protection of Population of the CIS states dated November 13, 1992, the Regulation on the Office for the Coordination of the fight against organized crime and other dangerous crimes in the territory of the CIS countries, and an agreement on coordination of the development of international transport corridors passing through the territory of the CIS countries dated November 20, 2009.
The agenda of the meeting of the CIS heads of government includes a number of financial issues, including the consideration of a single budget of the CIS bodies in 2017, the Russian government noted.
