Eurasian Economic Union can not work in full until there are internal barriers. The acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov said at the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Minsk.
As the Information Support Department of the government's office reported, before EEU will provide preferential trade regime to the third countries, it is necessary to remove barriers within the Union.
"Active international activity should be carried out taking into account the settlement of a large number of barriers, exceptions and limitations. Defending national interests, it is important to support each other, strengthen the Eurasian integration both internally and in terms of globalization," Sooronbay Jeenbekov said.
The next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council will be held in Moscow in November 2016. Council's presidency was handed over from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan.
