Accompanying notes necessary when importing goods from EEU countries in Kyrgyzstan

From today on, the importers when delivering goods from the EEU countries to Kyrgyzstan must have delivery notes, the press service of the State Tax Service reported.

According to it, a decree of the Kyrgyz government came into effect. Talon on the passage of the state control, which entrepreneurs filled in import or export of goods by vehicles through the state border of Kyrgyzstan, has been canceled.

Application of the new document - delivery note - has a number of advantages compared with talons and simplifies the procedure, the State Tax Service noted.

"Form of accompanying note is issued in advance on the form of the organization, no matter where the importer is. That is not necessary to fill in the document directly at the checkpoint, as it was with talons. In this case the importer himself can print the form, taking his electronic form from the website, or type it at home. It is not necessary to purchase this document. Also, there is no need to specify the cost of transported cargo in the delivery note," the report says.

Registration and use of the delivery note while exporting goods from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is not required.
