Ermekbai Topchubaev elected Mayor of Kyzyl-Kiya

Ermekbai Topchubaev elected Mayor of Kyzyl-Kiya. This was announced today at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.

CEC members also approved the decision to transfer the vacant seats to six candidates for deputies of local councils, in particular in Jalal-Abad and Naryn.

The meeting amended the composition of the reserve and the territorial election commissions, the candidate from Ata Meken faction Mars Naspekov was excluded from the list on the basis of his application.
