International observers note that voting in Kyrgyzstan is held in framework of law, violations are rare

International observers note that voting in Kyrgyzstan is held in the framework of the law, violations are rare, the representatives of Estonia, Azerbaijan and Bhutan stated today at a press conference in the Central Election Commission.

According to them, turnout is very high. At four sites in Bishkek and one in Sokuluk area which they visited, there were a lot of people, but no queues and crowding. Five people are allowed on one site. There are cases where the system can't identify the voter at the first attempt. Recorded the facts when the monitor shows that a voter has voted, and then he won't get ballot paper.

However, Bishkek Territorial Election Commission received 200 applications with complaints from voters who didn't find themselves in the list and can't vote.
