A team from Kyrgyzstan became the third at the 17th Snow Sculpture Festival (Novosibirsk). Russian media reported.
Masters from Bratsk, who cut out the figure of the Slavic god Veles, won the main prize of the festival. Kyrgyzstanis made the penguins in an urban world "Is there any chance?"
The competition was attended by 15 adult teams from Russian cities and teams of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as 10 school teams from Novosibirsk.
