Premiere of the lyric drama “Tears of white swan” based on the works of Chingiz Aitmatov held in Kazakhstan

The premiere of the lyric drama "Tears of a white swan" based on the works of the national writer of the Kyrgyz Republic and Kazakhstan Chinghiz Aitmatov took place in Astana city (Kazakhstan).

According to the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the premiere took place in the Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre named after K.Kuanyshbaev. Author of the stage production is Kazakh film director, playwright and screenwriter Talgat Temenov.

"Tears of a white swan" - a lyrical drama, telling about love of Jamilya and Daniyar, attracts great interest to the works of the Kyrgyz writer even today.
